Jay & Julia Lords

Jay and Julia Lords own and operate Lords Radon, where they assist homeowners in installing radon mitigation systems and conducting radon testing.

Lords Radon was founded in 2018 by Jay, who previously worked as an industrial air compressor mechanic, handyman, and held a CDL. Before starting his own business in Northern Colorado, he gained experience with a radon company in Denver. In 2019, he obtained his Radon Mitigation Specialist certification and is now licensed in the state of Colorado.

Jay is deeply committed to radon mitigation, motivated by a desire to save lives and protect public health from the dangers of radon, which is a leading cause of lung cancer. His passion is evident in his efforts to raise awareness, develop effective mitigation techniques, and train others in the field.

Julia earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Northern Colorado and later obtained her Nursing degree in Aurora, as well as her Bachelor of Nursing through an online program. She has experience in office administration and has assisted with the launch of several new businesses. Although Julia has a nursing background, she also enjoys building websites and working on various marketing projects. Additionally, she completed the NRPP Radon Measurement Professional certification and is licensed in Colorado to perform radon testing.

Both Jay & Julia grew up in the Denver Metro Area. They enjoy spending time with friends and family, riding motorcycles, and traveling.
